Perched atop a sand dune bluff is The Retreat’s private Beach Club.
The revamped Beach Club includes two levels with gulf views; a state-of-the-art, negative-edge heated pool; 600 square feet of air conditioned space to accommodate community functions; and, new furniture and landscaping to complete the significant upgrade.
A completely renewed facility that will foster more community interaction, spaces for events and social gatherings - with a focus on the world class gulf views and of course a perfect backdrop for evening sunsets. A team of experts, consisting of Tim McNamara as the architect and John Brown at Gulf View Construction as the contractor, helped turn this major renovation project into reality.
Available to The Retreat owners and guests with no additional membership required, the Beach Club provides each homeowner with a personal 3’x5’ storage unit beneath the deck.
